Linda Frank’s writing seeps into the souls of the animal and insect world to bring us clever poetical creations.  Her poetry shows courage and her poems will provoke the reader to think about these often overlooked creatures in a new or different way.  She weaves her words into delightful verses, but yet there’s much to hold onto and simply savor.  From the poem “They Never Asked Any Questions”:  “I’m not after the recognition. / I just want to play a part in solving / the great problems of evolution. / That’s the only goal, is it not, of scientific work?”
